Question

Answer

Testing: Non-fully vaccinated guests are required to take a COVID-19 test within 3 days leading up to the wedding day. At this time, the venue will only accept the following testing results: Local Urgent Care (EX: City Health/Dignity Health) Local Hospitals (EX: Kaiser, Summit, Stanford) Walgreens/CVS (FYI: testing is limited at these locations due to shortages) At home or rapid tests results are NOT ACCEPTED and guests will be declined entry. Fully Vaccinated Guests: Please present a physical copy of your card. PPE: Masks & hand sanitizer will be readily available upon arrival. Venue: Our wedding venue has agreed to help us safely host the affair. Security will be heavily enforcing the In-door mask mandate. There will be outdoor activities & lounge seating available near the fire pits, during the Cocktail hour & after dinner to keep the festivities going. Interaction: We understand human contact is missed, but the risk is high. Please minimize handshakes & hugs.

Question

Are masks required for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Per the CDC guidelines, masks will be required for the indoor reception. The ceremony will be held outside and masks are not required, but strongly recommended. Masks and hand sanitizers will be provided upon entry to the venue.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! This will be an adult-only ceremony and reception.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 2:15pm and 2:45pm, so you'll have enough time to be seated prior to the start of the ceremony. Thank you.
