When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Formal Invitations will be going out in March, please mail in your RSVP by June 1st, 2025 or RSVP via this website (in menu tab) by June 15th, 2025. If we do not receive a RSVP by June 15th, 2025 we will assume you will be unable to attend.

What If I Can't Make It?

Answer

We will miss you, but we completely understand. Please let us know by RSVP that you will be unable to attend the wedding, thank you!

What If I Miss the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by June 15th, 2025, your RSVP is automatically entered as Unable to Attend. As much as we will miss you at our celebration, we need to be able to provide our vendors with accurate final counts within their deadlines. We appreciate everyone's understanding.

Do I Have a Plus One?

Answer

If a guest's name or a plus one is not indicated on your invitation you do not have a plus one. Unfortunately, due to capacity we do have to limit our number of guests, we wish we could have everyone celebrate with us. We will miss all those who are unable to come and hope to celebrate with you at a later date.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

Yes and no, again with limited capacity we had to limit the number of guests attending. If your child's name is not indicated on the invitation, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. We do understand if this limits your availability to attend.

What Should I Wear? (Dress Code)

Answer

We are asking our family and friends to get dressed up for our celebration. Dress code is semi formal or cocktail attire, we kindly encourage our guests to not wear white or light pink (our bridal party colors). Please no jeans or sandals.

What Will the Weather Be Like?

Answer

It will be the end of August so it should still be quite warm but the venue is located near a river so there is potential for winds/breezes. So please be prepared with at least a light jacket for the evening!

Can I Take Photos During the Ceremony?

Answer

This will be an unplugged ceremony; we are paying for a professional photographer for photos during our ceremony. We ask that guest be present and in the moment with us by remaining off of their phones.

Are There Any Alcohol or Smoking Restrictions?

Answer

There are a few rules when it comes to alcohol and smoking at our venue, we will be serving non hard alcohol (Wine, Champagne, Beer, and Seltzers) at our venue. This will be self-serve, so we ask that everyone be responsible and aware of their limits. If you drive to the venue and drink, we advise that you uber or lyft back to the hotels. Hard Alcohol is not allowed so we ask that you do not bring any of your own to the venue, thank you. In regard to smoking, there will be designated smoking areas (cigarette and marijuana is allowed). We ask that we keep the smoking only to designated areas (downstairs courtyard and parking area) and that we do not leave any trash out - ashtrays will be provided.

What Type of Food Will be Served?

We will be having appetizers post ceremony and prior to dinner, more to come on what will be specifically served. For dinner we will be serving Italian food buffet style, there will be gluten free options as we do have guests with dietary restrictions. If you have not informed us of any dietary restrictions, please reach out to us ASAP.
