FAQs

The Wedding Website of Sarah Schlepp and Jandre De Klerk
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 10, 2026, so we can finalize our plans with our vendors.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking, finding a seat, and getting settled before the ceremony begins.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are hotels, Airbnb's, and campgrounds located within a short drive of the venue in White Sulphur Springs. We recommend booking accommodations early, especially during the busy summer season. A hotel block has been reserved at The Edith Hotel. Please see our Travel page for additional lodging information.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttle service available before the ceremony and throughout the evening. The shuttle will depart from The Edith in White Sulphur Springs and bring guests to our venue in Ringling prior to the ceremony. After dinner, shuttle service will run periodically between Ringling and White Sulphur Springs through the end of the evening. Additional shuttle details and schedules will be shared closer to the wedding date. We encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle and enjoy the celebration worry-free!

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! Limited on-site parking is available. Upon arrival, our Wedding Day Team will help direct guests to the nearest available parking area. We recommend arriving a little early to allow time for parking and getting settled before the ceremony begins.

Question

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes. If you plan to enjoy the celebration, you're welcome to leave your vehicle overnight and retrieve it the following day.

Question

Is camping available?

Answer

A limited number of on-site camping spaces will be available for guests traveling with campers, RVs, trailers, or tents. Because space is limited, we ask that guests interested in camping contact us directly for details and availability. Guests seeking a more comfortable stay may prefer one of the nearby lodging options listed on our Travel page.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love for guests to dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire. If you'd like to lean into the wedding aesthetic, feel free to take inspiration from our Montana sunset color palette: sage and agave greens, warm browns, dusty blues, soft lavender, blush, peach, terracotta, and sunset-inspired tones. Of course, this is entirely optional. We want you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and celebratory. The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so we recommend comfortable shoes suitable for grass and uneven ground. Montana evenings can cool down quickly, so bringing a light jacket or wrap is a good idea.

Question

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will take place outdoors overlooking the Montana landscape. We've planned for a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the celebration so guests can enjoy both the scenery and a comfortable place to gather throughout the evening. Cocktail hour will take place in the hangar and outdoors, while dinner will be served under the tent. Reception festivities will continue in the hangar.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

August in Montana is typically warm and sunny during the day, with cooler temperatures in the evening. We recommend checking the forecast before traveling and dressing in layers.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We look forward to celebrating with guests of all ages!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.
