What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Please DO NOT WEAR WHITE “ It’s Our Day” 😊

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The location will be indoors, please check weather channel for the most up to date weather information.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will be at the same location.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests will exit the ceremony room into the hallway where they will be serving finger foods and beverages.”

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. You can also view via the Virtual Online Ceremony.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time so that we can get the party started as scheduled!

There is onsite parking that is complementary.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

There is a room block under the Lewis-Hollingsworth Wedding. The nightly rate is $99 for a standard double room.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Yes RSVP can be done through our website. The deadline for RSVP is June 30th, 2021.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

There will be Hors d'oeuvre's served during the cocktail hour and a three course meal during the reception. Open Bar will start during cocktail hour and will end one hour prior to the ending of the wedding.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

If you require vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options please let us know with your RSVP and we will accommodate your meal.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

All Centerpieces must remain on the table and are not to be removed!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #JandMSayIDo so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Prior to the day of the wedding the best form of contact is to email us at JustinandMarcussayido@gmail.com. Any needs on the day of the celebration please contact the wedding planner as we kindly are on a strict no question policy so that we may enjoy our special day with all of our loved ones!

Answer

Gifts cards are always great but we are registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and Target. Please DO NOT buy any gifts customized with our last name.
