Friday Arrival and Welcome Dinner
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Casual, warm, and comfortable
Join us at the outdoor pavilion for a welcome bowl of chili at 6pm after finding your bed and getting settled in. Both vegan and non-vegan chilis will be available, with sour cream, cheese, and hot sauce toppings. Side dishes will include cornbread, pasta salad, fruit salad, and tortilla chips. If you are staying on site at Camp Cobbossee with the bride and groom, please reserve your spot at: https://buytickets.at/campweddinglodging After dinner concludes at 7:30m, join us for a possible movie screening for family movie night on the lawn and then s'mores around the campfire. ***Please remember your layers/blankets to stay warm as it can get cold in Maine in the evening. Please bring your pillow if you are lodging at Camp (linens are included, pillows are not) ***

Breakfast & All-Day Camp Events
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Grab some breakfast to start your day! Breakfast will be served by the camp staff inside the Main Dining Hall buffet-style. After breakfast, feel free to enjoy the beautiful grounds - and have lots of fun doing it! Grab some friends and play a game of pick-up. Meet some new people at a board game or craft table. Here are some of the day activity options: - Archery - Ping Pong - Pick Up Basketball - Pick Up Flag Football - Board Games - Craft Table (with friendship bracelet station) - Bird-Watching (led by Kayla) - Cornhole Competition Other alternatives for the folks just looking for a break: - BYOB and just hang out (please don't litter) - JMU-style sunbathing on the lawn (if you know, you know) This activity list and a map will be available in your cabins. Grab-and-go snacks (chips, finger foods, fruit) will be available after breakfast at the outdoor pavilion.
Ceremony, Reception, and Fire-Pit After Party
5:00 pm - 11:45 pm
"Nice" Casual; dark wash jeans, long sleeves with buttons, sun dresses with wind appropriate layers
Our vow renewal will be basically our wedding all over again - take two! All the kids (of course) are welcome. Kid noises and snacks are welcome :) The ceremony should last about 45 minutes. Please turn your phone off for our ceremony - we will care if it goes off or blocks our photographer. Directly after the ceremony we will head on up to the Outdoor Pavilion and Main Dining Hall for cocktails and a reception. There will be big buffet and lots of dancing with a live band. After the band wraps up later that evening, if you are still awake, please join the married couple down at the bowl for some drinks and late-night snacks (popcorn) around the campfire. Feel free to bring a guitar and we'll see who has the scariest ghost stories.

Farewell Breakfast

Join us for one last hurrah before campers depart. Please make sure to grab a breakfast burrito on your way back home. We recommend connecting with others to carpool back to Portland or use a ride share service if you are without a car.
