When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than the week of September 9th, but if something comes up last minute please call or text us at 631-871-9800 anytime

What should I wear?

Answer

While we will be hosting a backyard wedding we would like to adhere to a garden party/semi-formal dress code. Please keep in mind we will be in grass, so choose shoes accordingly. While we will not have an official bridal party our wedding colors will be sage green and cream/white. Please refrain from wearing these colors for this evening, thank you! :) Please avoid sage green and cream color palettes!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will be strictly outdoors under the stars and bistro lights! The average temperature for late September is 68 degrees so please plan to have a light jacket or shawl in case it gets chilly. If Rain is predicted we will proceed with a tent.

Can I take pictures of the ceremony?

Answer

Please dont. :) We will have a photographer in attendance who will capture all the important moments so we ask that you keep your phones in your pockets as these can be a distraction and will be visible in the official photographs. After the ceremony you may take as many pictures as you like but please let us enjoy the evening without feeling like we are being chased down by the paparazzi!

Where do I park?

Answer

When possible please carpool. Due to Westhampton Beach rules parking will be limited to property limits only. If no space is available at time of arrival, we will provide additional parking in a satellite lot. This Lot will be either the old Lamborghini dealership or the mechanic shop lot. Both are located at the entrance of Rogers Avenue Ext. and will have a sign indicating use on the day of. This is a 3 min walk to the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes but within reason. Please indicate in your RSVP if you will be bringing a +1 or reach out to me directly. Due to the nature of the venue we will have limited space available.

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

Please let me know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We aim to have something for everyone to enjoy.
