We're Getting Married

We virtually met my first day at work over video chat, since we don't work in the same office. We met in person at our Company Gala, two weeks later and I thought his best friend, Nadia, was his wife. Worked out she was not, lol.

We liked to enjoy weekends hanging by the pool. I was working on my Master's and was taking a break since it was a beautiful Saturday afternoon. And as we were talking, he looked at me and said "You're my forever person, when is the date?" Then, I made sure he was really asking me to marry him and he was. Good thing the feeling was mutual or that would have been an awkward day at the pool!
