At a Memorial Day BBQ that was hosted by a couple of family friends, Brittany Rawlinson of Rock Hill, SC, and Jason Wheaton, of St. Louis, MO met over some grilled meat and Mac and Cheese. As was typical, Brittany was about 4 hours late, but luckily, Jason and Brittany began to talk. Next thing they knew, the sun was setting and it was time to head home. Jason, being a wimp and not calling Brittany immediately, received a call from Brittany and they made plans to meet up. The first date was another amazing conversation that last for hours. Then, a couple of cancelled dates later, they ended up going to a Steel Pulse concert and have been planning their futures together ever since. They have had many adventures, including meeting each other's families and friends, cruises through the Carribean and Europe, and multiple local trips as they explore the Northeast together. The next adventure in the progression of life is marriage.
