Richfield County Park
What can you do on the 345 acres of Richfield County Park? Play tennis, shoot hoops, ride your BMX, get in some baseball, hike, bike or jog a 2-mile trail, launch your canoe into the Flint River, watch your kids conquer the playscape or simply unwind at one of five pavilions. And when the winter comes, you can add cross country skiing and snowmobiling to the list. If it’s fun, outdoors and right around the corner, it’s Richfield County Park.

Past Tense Cider Mill and Country Store is a staple in Lapeer County. One of Alexa's favorite things to order is an apple cider slushie and cinnamon doughnut. They have a orchard, garden, and fun country store filled with fun things to look at.

Spend the day at the beach by visiting Sleeper State park right on beautiful Lake Huron. It's only 1.5 hours away from Lapeer, MI.

Card Table Republic
CARD TABLE REPUBLIC is a board game lounge where you, your friends, and family can come in and play over 900 board, card, and dice games that we have available. We have all the old classics like Monopoly, Life, Battleship, Trouble, and Scrabble and newer style games like Catan, Ticket To Ride, Battle Sheep, Pandemic, Carcassonne, Best Treehouse Ever, and Cards Against Humanity. Fees are $7 per person for All Day Play or $5 per person for 90 minutes.
Wolverine Campground
Located on the shores of the 2,000 acre Holloway Reservoir, this campground's 195 sites are nestled in a pine forest. Amenities include modern showers and restrooms, electric sites, and a dump station. A boat launch and swimming beach round out the recreational package.
Buttercup Beach
When you’re ready to put your toes in the sand, grab your sunscreen and stake out your piece of Buttercup Beach. There’s no better way to spend a hot summer day than lounging on the shore of Holloway Reservoir and taking a swim in the designated area. You can even start a game of beach volleyball with your friends or move to the shaded picnic area for some lunch. Drop a line and test your luck as long as you’re not fishing within the beach area. Free admission. 8:00 am – 8:00 pm daily.
