Maid of Honor
Lizzie and I first became best friends when we met at GCSU. We were dating guys who were roommates, and she is actually the reason I adopted Ellie in college! We lived together for 3 years in West Midtown after college, and became even closer. We had the time of our lives painting and redecorating our home, eating cheap Mexican food, and exploring all Atlanta had to offer. We did absolutely everything together for those three years, and I know God put her back into my life for a very special reason. Lizard is my heart and my soul sister, and my life wouldn't be the same without her!
Bridesmaid
Andrea is the Romy to my Michele. We became best friends at Mabry Middle, and Andrea is without a doubt the funniest person I have ever met. I can get very weird and be myself around her like no one else. Andrea is such a steadfast person in my life...she just gets me and knows exactly how to love me. We also went to college together and were dorm roommates in "Party-hurst" and those are some of my FAVORITE memories ever. She has stayed one of the most loyal people to me, even when she and Pat packed up and moved to NYC. I love laughing with Andrea, and she will always be a huge part of my life!
Bridesmaid
La-La is truly my big sister. We grew up together as "spawns" of Crystal and Nancy, and have stayed close ever since! I have so many memories of Lauren and I in Boone, NC for Thanksgiving hiking trips, dancing on tables at her bachelorette party in Charleston, and just doing life together in general. Lauren can be playing "mom" taking care of her babes one minute and cracking me up being silly in the next. She's always in the back of my head when I shop, too! She's helped me become who I am today, and I'm so lucky to have her!
Bridesmaid
Aliesha is my GEM! We met in the education cohort at GCSU, and bonded over how hard classes were and how funny middle schoolers could be. She is the sweetest human being, and the most thoughtful friend one can imagine. Aliesha is that friend that just knows how to celebrate you. She always lifts me up and encourages me, and we have the best time together! I love giggling with this little firecracker!
Bridesmaid
Hannie was my FIRST best friend when my family moved into Lassiter district! She lived down the street from me in Windsor Oaks, and I'd walk to her house all the time to play tennis, sit in the hot tub, and laugh about anything. Hannah and I also played volleyball together all the way up to senior year (even though she was WAY better than me!) We bond over red wine, sushi, and solving the world's problems. Hannah is an incredibly strong and kind person, and I love having her in my life. Ask her to sing "red light, green light" for you at the wedding!
Bridesmaid
Rachael is actually my big sister in Delta Zeta! I am so happy that I ended up rushing because it brought me to her. Rachael is one of the sweetest, kindest people. She will instantly make you feel like you've known her for years, and then cook you something delicious! Freshman year of college, someone changed my birthday on Facebook and when Rachael saw it, she immediately drove to the dorm parking lot so she could decorate her new little's car! She is someone who I can laugh and be silly with, and always keeps it real with me. I have a lifelong friend in my Ray Ray, and I love her to death!
Bridesmaid
Katie and I met at East Cobb Middle where I was teaching 6th grade and she was the speech pathologist. Every week (sometimes more often), Katie and I would spend part of planning time talking about the dates we'd been on and gossiping! She left to go to Wheeler after just one year, but our friendship has only grown stronger. Katie is my adventure buddy! She never turns down the chance to try something new, and that's the thing I admire most about her. She is such a special person in my life, and I turn to her when I need advice! She is the cutest person in the world, and I'm so grateful she's in my tribe!
Bridesmaid
Lauren, or "Villa" as she will always be to me, has been a close friend of mine since we were in middle school. She is my friend who will really tell it like it is, and I adore that about her! Growing up, she always seemed older and wiser than we were. She gives the best advice, and always knows the answer to life's questions. Even though she moved away after college, our Facetime dates are something I look forward to all the time!
Bridesmaid
My DZ little sister, but so much more! Jessica and I have been close friends since she decided to rush at Georgia College, and have been close ever since. We lived together in a house in Carrington Woods, and then again in a BASEMENT apartment in Brookhaven! Ask her about the time we called the cops on a rat in our kitchen. Jessica has been a close confidant ever since I met her, and I'm so lucky she's stuck with me for life!
Bridesmaid
Brittany is about to be my actual, real-life SISTER!!!! I loved Britt the first time I met her. We bond over a shared love for good music (something Brad didn't quite get). She is also an amazing cook, and one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I love the way she looks up to Brad and takes care of him at the same time; she truly is the perfect sister. I'm so excited to finally make her official family!
