We kindly request that our guests wear formal attire in NAVY OR DARK BLUE. It would mean so much to us if everyone could participate in this color theme, as it will create a beautiful, cohesive look for our wedding photos and the overall celebration. Please feel free to choose whatever style of formalwear you are most comfortable in whether a suit, dress or gown while keeping to the NAVY OR DARK BLUE palette. The ceremony and reception will both take place at the same venue, so no additional travel will be required. Address: 3474 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M 1R5 The venue is located near the intersection of Kingston Rd and Markham Rd. Free parking is available at the back of the building for your convenience.
A guest seating chart will be displayed near the entrance. Please look for your name to find your assigned table. Before making your way to your seat, please remember to grab your wedding favour at the reception.
Cocktail hour will take place from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, where guests can enjoy light bites while mingling. The reception and dinner will follow shortly after the cocktail hour concludes.
As many of our guests do not drink, we will not be hosting an open bar. We have chosen an arrangement that allows everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration. For those who wish to have an alcoholic beverage, the venue will offer a cash bar, with drinks available for $5 each. Complimentary soft drinks will be available throughout the evening for all guests, and tea and coffee will be served with dessert. We hope this thoughtful balance allows everyone to relax and celebrate together.
The celebration will continue until midnight, so feel free to dance, mingle, and enjoy the evening to the fullest! While we hope everyone has a wonderful time, please plan your departure accordingly, as the venue closes at 12:00 AM. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and make unforgettable memories together!
