There is free camping available in the back field of the venue from Friday night to Sunday afternoon (there are no RV hookups). 

The venue is about 10 minutes away from Lake Country, and 20 minutes away from Kelowna and Vernon. There are many hotel options in Kelowna and Vernon and some great AirBnB options in Oyama and Lake Country.
