Travel Note
Our ceremony and reception will be held at Tamahaac Club in Ancaster, Ontario. Tamahaac Club is tucked back from the road, so don’t worry if the driveway feels a little long — you’re in the right place! When you arrive, look for the brick entrance marked Tamahaac Club off Filman Road. Follow the driveway all the way up to the clubhouse, where you’ll find the guest parking lot. The ceremony will take place on the lawn to the right of the clubhouse. Once you park, signs will direct you toward the ceremony area. We recommend arriving between 6:00–6:20 PM so you have time to park, find the lawn, and settle in before the ceremony begins at 6:30 PM. For guests traveling from the United States, please remember to bring the proper travel documents needed to cross the border into Canada and return home.
Travel Note
We won’t be reserving a hotel room block for our wedding weekend. Because our guest list is small and travel plans will vary (especially with crossing the border), we wanted to give everyone the flexibility to choose accommodations that best fit their needs and preferences. If you have questions on lodging recommendations, reach out to Dustin and/or Jan! Below, we’ve shared a list of nearby hotels and lodging options to help you get started with planning your stay. We recommend booking early, as availability can vary depending on the season and local events. If you have any questions or need help deciding where to stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help.
Travel Note
For American guests, a valid passport or approved travel document will be needed to cross the border into Canada and return home. A passport card may be used for land travel only, while a passport book can be used for both driving and flights. Please check current passport processing times and travel document requirements before the wedding, and allow extra time for mailing, border delays, and weekend travel.
