Dunn's River falls empty into the Caribbean Sea at the western end of an attractive white-sand beach. Climbing the waterfalls is a popular tourist activity and is often, but not exclusively, performed with the help of tour guides from the park. It takes about 1-1.5 hours to climb with short breaks for photographs & video recordings taken by the guides. There are also stairs, alongside of the falls, for those who do not want to get wet or are unable to manage the rocky, uneven terrain of the actual waterfall.
Enjoy the beautiful waters of the Lethe River, sailing down the river in a 2-person bamboo raft viewing the beautiful surroundings that make this experience very unique. You stop for a soothing limestone foot massage (PS: for a little extra you can receive a body massage that's worth it!), where you can also go for a swim, or just relax and take in the sights and sounds of the tropical scenery that is around you.
Seven Mile Beach. Negril is calm and tranquil and if you just want to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset Negril is the place to be. After you've spent time enjoying the seven-mile beach, it's time to then head to Ricks Cafe, the first public bar and restaurant of its type on the West End Cliffs, offering an alternative to Negril’s majestic seven-mile beach. Visitors and locals alike have designated Rick’s Cafe as Negril’s premier gathering spot where their sunsets have become a Jamaican tradition.
