Things To Do
A great place to grab breakfast Sunday is Uptown Grill, located in uptown where the hotel is. For coffee, uptown offers Live Oak Coffee House, and downtown Populace or a Beatles themed coffee shop called Beatles and Beans Coffee Emporium.
Uptown is located right next to downtown, which offers a variety of great restaurants, bars, & shops.
If arriving early, a great place to grab dinner is Retro Rocks, Beavers, Old City Hall, or Gatsby's!
For good bar food & cheap drinks between the ceremony and reception, we recommend Mulligan's! For a large beer selection on tap, you can hit Tavern 101, next door. We also recommend "The Public House" if you're looking for a cocktail bar with a great atmosphere!
A very unique store, which is a favorite of mine, is My Secret Garden, located downtown.
There are also bird scooters placed around the downtown area. If you happen to wipe out & need emergency care, Mid Michigan Emergency Care Dept. is recommended. But please don't injure yourselves.
