Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we are excited to welcome children to our wedding! However, we kindly ask that only the children listed on your RSVP be included in your attendance. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together!

We appreciate your excitement about celebrating with us! However, we kindly request that only those listed on your invitation, or if you have been given a plus one, attend the wedding. This helps us keep our gathering intimate and special. Thank you for understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 30th, 2025. We currently ask that all guests wait until they have received their formal invitation before RSVP'ing. This ensures that all invited are accounted for and that we can keep our wedding intimate. We can't wait to hear from you and appreciate your patience as we finalize our wedding plans. Thank you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please join us in celebrating with cocktail attire: For gentlemen, a suit or dress shirt with a tie is appropriate, while ladies can wear a cocktail dress or dressy separates.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking available on-site. Look for the clearly marked signs, and there will be someone there to guide you to the correct parking spot. We want to make your arrival as smooth as possible!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue location at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled ceremony start time to ensure you have ample time to find your seats and settle in. We recommend arriving no later than 4 PM.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, we are not doing hotel blocks or anything similar. We please ask that you see the travel section on our wedding website for more information about accommodations during the event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do sincerely apologize, however, there will not be transportation between the hotels and venue. We ask that our guest please plan for transportation before arrival. Thank you.

The weather is going to be hot. How will I stay cool?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with you! To ensure everyone's comfort, we wanted to provide a friendly heads-up regarding the weather forecast. The temperature on our wedding day is expected to be hot earlier in the day. We highly recommend wearing light-colored, breathable clothing. To help you stay cool and comfortable throughout the ceremony, we will also be providing ample water, hand fans, and additional cooling measures. We can't wait to see you there!

Will there be childcare or someone to supervise my child at the wedding?

Answer

While we are welcoming all children to join in the celebration of our marriage, we will not be providing any childcare or supervision. We please ask that you keep an eye on your kiddo throughout the wedding and reception as to make sure that their safety and the safety of our vendors and guests, are respected. Thank you all and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Can we take and share photos during the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We’re totally fine with guests snapping photos throughout the day—we love capturing all the fun moments! However, we kindly ask that you please hold off on posting any photos to social media until after William and I have had the chance to share a few of our own. We’re so excited to soak in the day and relive it through your photos too—thank you for helping us keep the surprise a little longer!
