Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking for everyone at the venue. A large grass patch is designated for parking once you get to the ceremony/reception area.

Yes, we just ask that you include them in your RSVP count so we can get a proper head count.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No dress code is implemented. Cocktail style attire is the vibe.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon. There is a link in the registry tab of the website. We also have a honeymoon fund set up with Zola, link included in registry tab.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 23, 2023. We want to ensure a fun filled and comfortable event for everyone attending. Please be sure to include children and plus ones in your RSVP count. RSVP to Jana at 850 585 2331.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm given all goes according to plan. Please allow yourselves enough time to find a seat and get comfy.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Nearby hotels to the venue are recommended in the travel tab of the website. We will not be blocking rooms as we want everyone to be able to stay where they choose and are comfortable.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be organized transportation to and from the venue as there is plenty of parking for everyone and we want everyone to be able to come and go as they please.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Food will be BBQ and set up buffet style. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.

COVID?

Answer

We want everyone to have the time of their lives and be as comfortable as possible. Please do whatever feels right for you in this setting of a larger group. If any circumstances are changed due to illness please let us know asap as we will do the same for you.

Open Bar?

Answer

Yes we will be having an open bar. Due to Florida laws the bar will be 21 and up only. Thank you in advance for abiding by this. We recognize that the venue is far from home for most of you. Please drink responsibly or consider making arrangements for yourself and loved ones close to the venue. AirBnB is a great option as well as there are hotels in Milton listed in the travel section. Uber is also an option but please know all property including cars have to be removed from the venue by midnight and it could be difficult to get a driver in the area later in the evening. We want everyone to have the best time they can have and get home safe.

Fireworks?

Answer

We understand it is 4th of July but due to the awesome animals they have at the farm we are not allowed to have fireworks. We will be doing a sparkler send off at the end of the event.
