Are invites or RSVP options going to come in the mail?

Answer

No. We decided to save some trees and try simple electronic invites. The Save the Date you received via text was your invite. Please pay special attention to the start time on your invite. For close family and friends invited to dinner, we will be having a family style meal and there will be meal options for everyone including dairy free and gluten free, therefore we will not be collecting meal preferences.

How do I RSVP for this wedding?

Answer

Please text or call either Jana or Paris as soon as you can to provide a yes or a no. As of May 25, 2025, we are hoping to finalize our headcount for catering purposes. Thank you!

What kind of attire is expected for guests at this wedding?

Answer

WE KINDLY DEMAND THAT YOU WEAR ANY COMBINATION OF BLACK, GREY, OR WHITE IN TERMS OF COLOR. The idea is that all guests are wearing an absence of color. This is not a formal attire event, it is cocktail casual. We want folks to where things they may already own and get as snazzy or funky with it as you would like. If you know us, you won't be surprised to find out this wedding will be an unconventional and eccentric one!

Will there be a hotel block for this wedding?

Answer

No, there will not be a hotel block for our out of town guests, because a majority of our wedding guests live in MN. If you are traveling from outside of MN for this wedding, please feel free to contact one of us for our recommendations!

Is there an online wedding registry?

Answer

You may know that we have been together for quite some time. We don't need much because we've been cohabitating and living on our own for around a decade! Our biggest ask is that you come to our wedding with a loving heart, some spunk, and some energy/fire for the dance floor. If you wish to gift us something, please visit the online registry which can be found at the registry tab of this website. We will also have a special drop box at the wedding for those who would like to contribute to our home improvement or honeymoon funds without paying the online fees.

Where do I park for the wedding and how long can I park there?

Answer

There is a parking lot which guests can use starting at 3:30 pm on our wedding day. The parking lot is on the west side of the venue and you can enter it from Pillsbury Avenue. The parking lot address is 122 W Franklin Avenue, Minneapolis MN 55403. It is important to note that there is NO OVERNIGHT PARKING so please plan accordingly. Guests should not have to park on the street.

Are there separate ceremony/dinner and reception invites?

Answer

Yes. We are having a smaller ceremony for family and close friends only for several reasons. The invite you received has the time which we would like you to arrive. Let Jana or Paris know if you're unsure what time to arrive.
