The Doyles

On November 1st, 2020, Martin Doyle joined Brett and Tammy Stuard in attending a service at Eagles View Church with the hopes of settling down in the Fort Worth area and meeting some new friends. That particular Sunday, Jana Pace was there leading worship. Jana and the Stuards had been friends for quite some time and wanted to introduce Martin to Jana after the service to help him in his journey of meeting some new friends. Little did they know that they would be introducing him to something more than he could have imagined. A few weeks after the meet, the Life Group Pastor at EVC thought that Martin would be a good match for the Life Group that Jana had been attending, so Martin decided to join. The two started getting to know each other each week at group and quickly a spark of interest was ignited in each of them for each other. After Jana had mentioned her podcast in group, Martin decided to start listening to it. After mentioning her socials on the podcast, he finally got the nerve up to reach out to her. Text after text, interests, hobbies, and dreams were exchanged and feelings grew stronger. Martin knew that he was ready to ask this girl on a date. They had their first date on January 23, 2021 and on February 2nd, 2021 they became an official couple. Very quickly, the two knew that God had brought them together for a reason and knew that they wanted to get married. Over the months of their dating relationship, Martin and Jana spent lots of time with family, going on adventures, serving at church together, and eating lots of Blue Bell Cookie Two-Step. On February 1st, 2022, Martin took Jana on a special date to the rodeo at Dickies arena. At the end of the rodeo, he got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. Of course she said "Yes!"
