Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent out at a later date with these details included. You're welcome to RSVP earlier, if you would like.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Join us in getting dressed up for our big day! Attire will be semi-formal. Ladies, please wear midi to long dresses, jumpsuits, or pantsuits. The weather in Spokane can get cooler in the evenings, so we recommend bringing a shawl, sweater, or jacket. Dinner seating will be on the lawn, so block heels or wedges are also encouraged. Gentlemen, please wear a blazer or a suit; tie optional.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive for the ceremony between 1:30 pm and 1:45 pm. The ceremony will begin at 2:00 pm. Cocktail hour begins at 4:00 pm, followed by dinner and dancing.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at both the ceremony and the reception. At St. Aloysius Church, there is a parking lot behind the Parish Center. As you approach the church and the drop-off zone, take a right turn from North Astor Street to the parking lot. There is also street parking next to the church. At Beacon Hill, there is ample parking available in a large lot next to the reception. You're welcome to leave your car at Beacon Hill overnight, but they ask that you pick it up before 10:00 am on Sunday. You can take Ubers or Lyfts to/from the reception as well to ensure a safe trip home. We encourage ride sharing whenever possible.

Question

What should I do in between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

The drive from St. Al's to Beacon Hill is only about 15 minutes, so you will have time for a short break. We encourage you to explore Gonzaga's campus during this time.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place inside the church. The reception will take place outdoors, weather permitting. If the weather isn't in our favor, we will move the reception indoors.

Question

Can I bring my kids or plus one to the wedding?

Answer

Guests, plus ones, and children have already been pre-registered in the wedding website. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Question

Can I take photos at the wedding?

Answer

To respect the church, we ask that all phones and cameras are put away and not used during the ceremony. You are more than welcome to take photos during the reception!
