Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids, but thought you'd like a night off. Adults only please! The only children that will be attendings are the ones in the wedding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Casual attire, absolutely no camo. Also, we have some guests that are very sensitive to certain smells. (Cologne & perfumes) We don’t mind if you wear a little but please not a lot.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We will start promptly at 4pm, please allow yourself enough time to be seated in advance. Example: 15 minutes early

Will the ceremony take place in doors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors weather permitting. Please bring a light jacket incase it gets chilly.

What type of food and drinks will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

The cocktail hour will consists of a variety of drinks including mixed, beer, and wine. A table of meats and cheeses will be available during cocktail hour as well. For dinner we will have bbq chicken, burnt ends, cheesy hashbrowns, and bbq beans plus an open bar.

Due to seating limitations we asked that only those addressed attend the event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by March 1st, you will need to bring a chair & a sandwich.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for you convenience.

When will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 11pm.
