The Wedding Website of Natalie Oliver and Brett Yader
UPDATE November 2021: Dates: We'd recommend flying in on Wednesday, May 11th and leaving late Sunday, May 15th. Some of our original recommendations have gone up in price, but there are still a lot of great options on the table for lodging. Our families have booked at both JW Marriott (which is just outside the French Quarter) and Omni Royal (In the quarter). A few of our friends are booking Airbnb's in and around the quarter/Bywater district. All are great options. We've listed a few options below that could be solid French Quarter lodging options below. We cannot recommend enough that you stay in the French Quarter neighborhood for your trip - you will get the full experience and be able to walk everywhere without needing cabs/Ubers to our rehearsal dinner and wedding venues.

Flight

Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY)

This is really the only airport we recommend flying into and it's about a 20minute cab/Uber to the French Quarter.

Hotel

Omni Hotel New Orleans

621 Saint Louis Street
New Orleans, LA 70130
 (504) 529-5333

The Omni is across the street from the wedding venues, a larger hotel, rooftop pool, balcony suites - It's plush and has great reviews! Can't beat the location too - not just for the wedding but you'll be in the heart of the French Quarter.

Hotel

Hotel Mazarin

730 Bienville Street
New Orleans, LA 70130
 (800) 935-8740

Hotel

Hotel Provincial

1024 Chartres Street
New Orleans, LA 70116
 (504) 581-4995

Hotel

French Market Inn

509 Decatur Street
New Orleans, LA 70130
 (888) 626-2725

This hotel option is also super close to our venue and a little lighter on the price point. It's a highly rated and recently updated traditional French Quarter hotel. It does have a small pool for those wanting that option. We'd highly recommend booking soon if you'd like to stay here! For clarity, we do not have an official block at this hotel, but we've researched it and think it's a fantastic second option if the Omni isn't your first choice. Let us know if you end up booking here!
