Wedding Ceremony & Reception: Cocktail / Semi Formal. The ceremony will likely be held in a grassy area so be aware if choosing pointy heals. The dinner and reception will be indoors Friday Day: Casual. If you are getting to camp before dinner you can explore the camp and try out some of the activities like mini golf, tennis or lawn games Friday Night: Smart Casual. We will be having dinner and a camp fire, so nothing too fancy. David and Katie will likely be wearing a polo and a sundress. Bring a shall or jacket in case the weather drops. Saturday Day: Casual. Be sure to wear something comfortable with closed-toed shoes so you can enjoy any activity you want to try out. Pack a bathing suit and flipflops if you plan to go swimming in the pool (weather dependent) Sunday Morning: Casual. A farewell brunch and the last chance to try out any games or activities you missed before we leave
There is a large parking lot at the front entrance of the camp. Please do not bring your car down into the camp except when first arriving to bring your stuff down. The main camp area is a short 1-2 minute walk from the parking lot. If you need a ride down to the main camp, you can find a walkey talkey on the entrance building and can call for a golf kart to come pick you up!
If you are staying off-site we recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time to park and find the ceremony area. If you are staying on-site we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure all gusts are accounted for and seated before we begin.
Yes, the whole family is invited! Just please let us know who will be coming so we can have enough at each meal.
