When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 7, 2024. If you don't RSVP by this date, then you will be marked as a "No." We will miss celebrating with you however we have to provide an exact guest count and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, then they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adult only event.

What is the attire?

Answer

The attire is semi-formal to formal. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM WEARING WHITE, SILVER/GRAY, and ANY SHADE of PURPLE.

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be inside. Our cocktail hour will be held outside.

What if I am running late?

Answer

Our wedding will begin promptly at 3:00p.m. Unfortunately, if you are not seated by then you will miss the ceremony.

Where should I stay for the weekend?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western Premier University Inn. Select "Accomodations" in our formal email for the direct link. Mention "Hargrove Wedding" or our "Group ID: 1H5QJ2E8" to receive the discounted rate.
