Will accommodations be more expensive at the new venue?

We have a room block at The Ritz-Carlton for our wedding guests for a discounted rate, matching the rate of the previous venue. What should I do if I had a room booked at the previous venue?

Answer

All hotel bookings at the previous venue have been automatically cancelled. Please proceed with booking your new accommodations in Amelia Island.

How do I park at The Ritz-Carlton?

Answer

There is discounted valet parking for our guests for $30 per day. All cars must valet park at the Ritz-Carlton.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors and our reception will be held indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Friday events are Resort Wear and Saturday events are Black-Tie Optional.

For the welcome party, what does resort wear mean?

Answer

Think elevated beach vacation look: sundresses, collared polo shirts, tailored pants.

For the wedding, what does black-tie optional mean?

Answer

Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are welcome, but dark suits and cocktail dresses are perfectly acceptable.

Please note of any food allergies on your RSVP and we will ensure the caterer adjusts your meal accordingly.

Due to the limited capacity at our venue, children are unfortunately not invited. Thank you for your understanding and please send all our love to your little ones!
