Welcome to our LOVE story

March 17, 2017 We connected online and met at a local bar. Joey was nervous and brought his best friend (weird). Little did we know that Joey's best friend would play a pivotal part in our journey. February 2018 Like many die hard online relationships, we drifted down different paths. Little did we know what future held for us... September 28, 2018 After reconnecting, Joey surprised Jamin with the best birthday card he received that year. In it, Joey asked Jamin to be his boyfriend. Jamin, not knowing what he was getting himself into, said, "Yes!" September 2019 After living apart, we decided that it was time to take the next step in our relationship. We began the arduous journey to find our first home together. After searching for what seemed like eternity, we found the one. We started with us, added our cat, Tilly, and, finally our precious Great Dane, Jersey Grace. December 14, 2021 Remember Joey's Best Friend? This is where she comes in. There we were in Disney World. It was our last night. Heather (the best friend) and Jamin were in such a rush to get to dinner. Joey was enjoying Animal Kingdom and thoroughly confused. Why are we rushing? Aren't we always late to dinner? Heather and Jamin were adamant that we went to dinner before the fireworks went off. Heather said the fireworks look fantastic from the rooftop of California Grill and that it is a must-see. Because she knows all things Disney World, Joey went along with it. So, there we are rushing to get ready. We get to California Grill and we are blown away. It was beautiful. They take our order and bring out the best rolls Joey has ever tasted. Heather excuses herself to the restroom (or so Joey thought - she was telling the waitress about THE plan). After dinner, we go out to the rooftop - we missed the fireworks by the way. On one side was Epcot and on the other was Cinderella's Castle in Magic Kingdom. Joey was oblivious (obviously) to his surroundings and in awe of the view. Jamin walks up beside Joey. "Have you a good time?" Joey - "Yes." Jamin - "Do you love me?" Joey - "Of course." Jamin - "Are you going to marry me?" Joey - "Yeah. Of course." As Joey turns to kiss him, there he was with the ring looking at Joey. Jamin asks one more time, "Will you marry me?" Joey bursts into an ugly cry and finally says, "YES." We walked back to the restaurant and the waitress brings champagne and Heather confesses she knew the entire time we were at Disney (seven days). September 16, 2023 We're excited to enter in to the next chapter of our story with you all by our sides. We cannot wait to spend this time with you all. You all mean the world to us.
