FAQs

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony so everyone is seated and settled before we begin.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes, it is a kid friendly wedding. However, we ask that you RSVP whether your child(ren) will be in attendance.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate whether you’ve been given a plus-one. We appreciate your understanding as we worked hard to keep our guest list intimate.

Question

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at the Wedding Pavilion, and the reception is a short walk away at the Grand Floridian Ballroom. Guests who prefer not to walk are welcome to drive from the Wedding Pavilion parking lot to the Grand Floridian parking lot.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will not have transportation as it is not necessary with the ceremony and reception being in the same vicinity. With guests staying at different hotels, it would be difficult to arrange transportation to and from every hotel.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a parking lot for the ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion and a separate parking lot for the reception at Grand Floridian Ballroom.

Question

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know when submitting your RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Question

Are there hotel room blocks?

Answer

No, due to the many hotel options, on and off Disney property, we have decided not to do a room block at this time.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask to refrain from using your phones during the ceremony. However, we highly encourage photos during the reception and ask that you share them with us!

Question

What local attractions do you recommend?

Answer

We’ve put together a list of dining, shopping, and sightseeing options for those visiting from out of town. You can find it under “Travel & Things to Do.”

Question

Do you need park tickets to attend the wedding?

Answer

No, park tickets are not required. The ceremony and reception will be on Disney property, but not in a park.
