Black tie for Friday’s wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). Please note the ceremony will be on the lawn, grass-friendly heels and shoes are recommended. Saturday’s daytime social is casual attire.
While we love your little ones, Friday’s ceremony and reception are adults-only. Children are warmly welcome at the Post-Wedding Social on Saturday afternoon.
We kindly encourage guests to book at the Westin Woodlands Hotel or the Marriott Woodlands Waterway Hotel so you can use the complimentary wedding-day shuttles to and from Sandlewood Manor. Our room-block links are on the Travel page. However, there are various hotel / other accommodation options nearby if you prefer to meet at the shuttle pickup locations
Complimentary shuttles will run between from both the Westin Woodlands Hotel and the Marriott Woodlands Waterway Hotel and Sandlewood Manor before and after the wedding. On Friday, shuttles will arrive at 4:00 PM and depart both hotels promptly at 4:15 PM. Please meet in the hotel lobby no later than 4:00 PM to board the shuttles. Hotel valet will be there to assist and answer any questions. For a smooth and safe evening, please plan to ride the shuttle. If you prefer to drive, on-site parking is available at the venue.
The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM. Please plan to be seated no later than 5:15 PM (or board the hotel shuttle according to the posted schedule).

IAH (George Bush Intercontinental) is the closest major airport. HOU (Houston Hobby) is also an option but generally a longer drive to The Woodlands.
Yes. The hotel has self-parking, and Sandlewood Manor has on-site parking for those who choose to drive instead of taking the shuttle.
