We met one chilly fall night at a friend gathering our freshman year at IU. With Brooks in business school and Jamila in the music school, our campus run-ins were few but special. We even were lined up next to each other during our graduation walk! Furtive glances and eye fluttering ensued. Our love story is based on a strong friendship - we kept in touch for 11 years after graduating amidst the distance. In 2017, we decided that it was time to make it official to be together. We are so excited to celebrate our special day together and extra grateful that you can be with us, especially with the hardships that our current times bring. No doubt we will still party on down!
