We would be delighted to have our friends and family dress up with us! Our dress code is formal evening attire. But don't forget to bring your dancing shoes!
Due to venue constraints, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate additional guests unless explicitly specified on your invitation. This choice is to ensure that our celebration is shared with our close friends and family. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!
While we cherish all the little ones, please be aware that due to space restrictions, we cannot host guests under the age of 21 on our wedding day, except for children in the wedding party. We hope you take this opportunity to have a fantastic time, enjoy the celebration, and dance like no one's watching!
The ceremony will commence promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time. Please note that once the ceremony begins, no admittance will be allowed.
To ensure everyone is fully present for our union, we will be hosting an "unplugged" ceremony. Kindly turn off or silence all phones during this time. We've enlisted a fantastic photographer to capture this special moment. During the cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you like—your enthusiasm is encouraged! However, we kindly request that you refrain from posting any photos on social media until after the couple has had their moment. A QR code will be provided for you to upload all your favorite photos of the night for Jimmie & Jamika to enjoy!
Enjoy an open bar with an array of spirits, beer, cocktails, and both red and white wines. Non-alcoholic alternatives, along with coffee and tea, are also available. While we hope you have a great time celebrating with us, we encourage you to do so responsibly.
There is limited street parking, however there is a parking garage next to the hotel for approximately $13. Hotel valet parking is also available at $30 per vehicle.
