What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage our guests to wear semi-formal attire in dark colors. Our ceremony will take place on the grass, so comfortable shoes are recommended.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking for guests at the venue. Once parked, there is a short walk with some steps to the ceremony site and reception. If there is any concern with mobility, please contact the bride and groom. *Please note* all vehicles must be out of the parking lot by the end of the night.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We encourage our guests to arrive at 3:30pm for refreshments and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both our ceremony and reception will be held at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. The ceremony will be held outside on the grass and the reception will be held in the barn.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Due to the hotel check-in times being after our ceremony start time, we are unable to offer a hotel shuttle on the night of the wedding. Thank you for your understanding, and we encourage guests to plan transportation arrangements in advance.

Can I bring a guest?

We kindly ask that you attend only as the guest/guests named on your invitation, as we'd like to keep our celebration intimate.

Can I bring my child?

This will be an adults-only event, we appreciate your understanding!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 19th by using the RSVP tab at the top of the page.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are kindly requesting an "unplugged” ceremony as we'd love for all of our guests to be present with us in this special moment. You are welcome to take photos after the ceremony ends.

What if it rains?

Answer

In case of rain, our venue has a beautiful indoor ceremony space.

What if I have concerns with mobility?

Answer

Our venue offers a golf cart service for transportation around the property. For any concerns with mobility, please notify the bride or groom and we'd be happy to accommodate you!
