A two day wedding?! Can you explain?
Answer
So, in Indian culture, weddings go on for a week! We’re going to condense everything into two days, at two beautiful venues. Day one, will be a traditional, “Western culture” ceremony…with a big blow out party reception afterwards with games, food, and dancing!! On Day two, we’re going East to bring the spice of Indian! We will have a traditional Indian ceremony, followed by Indian dancing, food, and festivities!

When should we come out to Temecula?
Answer
Many guests will be making a weekend getaway leading up to the ceremonies on Monday and Tuesday. With all that SoCal wine country has to offer, a perfect opportunity to enjoy Saturday and Sunday wine tasting, spa-ing, and gambling!

Flying in from out of state?
Answer
Arrival into San Diego is your best bet, as from there it’s a 45 minute drive into Temecula. For best air fares, arrival on Halloween night (Oct.31st) is highly recommended.

What time should we arrive to the wedding venues?
Answer
Guests arrival at the venues is 2:30pm, on both days. Please don’t be late.

What do I wear to an Indian Wedding?!
Answer
Though your usual formal is perfectly fine, we will be providing traditional Indian attire for all men and women on the morning of Day 2 BEFORE the ceremony, at our AirBnb. Don’t worry, the “Masi’s” (Adrian’s lovely Aunts) will be there to assist. You can then hop over to the venue (Approximately 5 min away). Specific details to be released soon!

What is a “Mendhi”?
Answer
Mehndi is a form of temporary body art, also known as a henna tattoo, created by using a paste made from the ground leaves of the henna plant. It's a common tradition in Indian cultures, particularly during weddings…so we will be having an Mendhi Artist apply henna tattoos to those who are willing. Specific details to be released soon!
