We met as the geeky kids on the bus in fifth grade with our string musical instruments. From there we played softball together and grew an everlasting bond. She is so special in so many ways, especially her witty sense of humor that always makes me laugh.

We've gone from playing imaginary catch while at softball as kids to kickball as adults living in California. She has one of the kindest souls I've ever met. We can spend hours chatting about holistic medicine, life, and everything in between.

We met while young nursing assistants at Cape Cod Hospital and instantly connected. Our bond grew as we went through nursing school and became nurses. We can get earthy-crunchy together with our love of essential oils, sage, and self-growth.

Both from Massachusetts, but we met in California through Jamie and Jess. Jason is easy to be friends with as he is always looking out for everyone else. We think alike when it comes to solving puzzles. Jason has the best stories, words of wisdom and is like a big brother to me.

John was the last person I met of Jamie's family and the one she was most worried about his approval. As a big brother myself, I can understand why. We have bonded over the similarities of dating Giannetti girls and have chosen to marry into the family regardless of what we know. Although we live far apart, we enjoy similar hobbies such as fishing, drinking beers, and shooting the shit.

We met through the best man, Jason, and the kickball team and before we knew it we were friends. We have a lot in common and there is never a dull moment when we hang out, especially with the rest of the kickball team and their shenanigans.

Sal and Anthony share the same father and although far apart (in both age and distance) are natural brothers. They have the same taste in apartment living as they lived less than a mile apart in the same complex in San Diego without even realizing it! We are so grateful to have Sal in the wedding party!

As Jamie's first nephew, it seems natural for Cody to be part of the wedding party. It felt like a very short time ago when Cody was a ring bearer at Shayna and John's wedding. He has grown into a smart young man and we figured would fit in perfectly.
