We’re getting married!!

Our story could have started in 2015 when our best friends (The Baileys) thought we should meet. Zatch had just moved to the lowcountry and Jamie was contemplating moving to Charleston, South Carolina. Zatch was working in Estill, SC with Rufus and while getting to know eachother they start talking about their lives and families, Rufus happens to be married to Jamies best friend Holly and Zatch and Jamie both happen to be single...end of story...for 3 years!! In that 3 years, Zatch goes on to further his certifications as a police officer earning more knowledge in criminal justice (firearms instruction, defensive tactics instruction, Drug recognition expertise, basic Detective and a few others) he was working night shift and long weeks with barely enough time to sleep!! While Jamie decided against Charleston and started to get serious about changing everything up and moving to Denver, CO!! Jamie wanted to spend one last summer on Hilton Head Island. Holly and Jamie make a date on memorial day weekend to catch up and have some adult time...Rufus says he will drive us to our favorite spot Harolds Country Club in Yemassee, South Carolina...our plan was to have a steak dinner, drinks and dancing...Rufus invites “Pouch”...Zatch then asks for her number to ask her on a date sometime, Jamie gladly approves!!! Our first date was supposed to be dinner and a movie, we never left dinner...we sat and chatted the entire night! Our second date was on Zatchs 37th birthday...we ate at one of Jamies old favorite restaurants in downtown Beaufort, followed with a walk on the waterfront...we sat on the swings and talked for more hours about our interests and hobbies. We have shared three and half years together. We just built a home in Bluffton, SC and we couldnt be happier and more excited to move to the next level of our relationship!!! We cant wait to share our big day with all of our family and friends in January 2022
