Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual attire is requested. No need to be formal! Come have fun and be who you are! Ladies, please no white or cream dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, etc. Ceremony is outside (weather permitting) at a lavender farm so keep that in mind when choosing shoes ladies!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes there will be parking on site.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:40PM EST. This way we can ensure everyone is seated for a prompt 4 PM start.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation included an option for a plus one then you may bring a date. Please be sure to RSVP for both.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your children, we are only able to accommodate children of immediate family due to space constraints.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

We will have some beer and wine options available, if you have a specific beer or wine you prefer please bring your own to give to the bartender. If you have questions please contact us at either (703) 946-4514 or (434) 221-6095.

Answer

Yes, we are having a wood fire pizza truck buffet with salad. There will also be cake, cupcakes and cookies.

Will there be a gift registry?

Answer

In lieu of gifts we kindly request that you make a donation to the Lynchburg Humane Society or any no kill shelter or rescue organization you prefer.
