We met in freshman year of high school and dated off and on through graduation. He joined the Army in 1996 and we lost touch. We were separated for 14 years and God brought us back together when the time was right. We reconnected in 2010. We had our son in 2011 and have been amazingly happy ever since. He has always been my happily ever after and I can't wait to be his wife.
