Are there room blocks?

Answer

Yes, there are discounted room blocks reserved. Please see the Travel Tab for more information.

Do I need to stay at the Hotel Fraye?

Answer

No. You can stay at any hotel. This is the venue where the wedding will take place so they provided us with a room block.

Question

Do I need to get a rental car?

Answer

It's up to you. The airport is less than 10 miles from the Nashville International Airport (BNA) and all of the events are in the hotel or within a 5 mile radius.

Do we have to attend all events?

Answer

No, we added some optional events for Saturday night as well as some suggestions for places for you to check out while in Nashville.

What if I'm unsure whether I'll be able to attend?

Answer

If you're unsure about attending, don't worry! There will be another opportunity to celebrate locally in Huntsville, AL in June. However, if you think you might attend, please let us know by April 1, 2025, so we can provide an accurate headcount to the venue. And if you're not able to make it, no worries at all - we completely understand that life can be busy and unpredictable. Your presence will be missed, but we hope you know you're valued and appreciated regardless of whether you can attend. We look forward to catching up with you soon, whether it's in person or from afar!
