What time should guests arrive?

Please arrive by 3:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.

Yes, on-site parking is available at the camp. Please follow posted signage when you arrive.

Will there be cell service at the camp?

There is likely no cell service at the camp. Please make sure to download directions and any important information before you lose service on your way in.

Can I stay overnight at the camp?

Answer

Yes! Guests may stay on-site the night of October 3. Please note checkout is required by 8:00 AM on October 4.

How do I reserve a cabin at the camp?

Please text Jamie or Pierce in advance so we can plan cabin assignments (11 cabins are available).

What do I need to bring if I stay at the camp?

Answer

Guests should bring a sleeping bag, sleeping pad, and pillow. Bedding will not be provided.

Is it permitted to tent camp on site?

Yes! Tent camping is allowed on the property.

Are RV’s allowed on site?

Answer

Yes! RVs may be parked in the parking lot. Please note this is dry camping only.

Is alcohol allowed on the property?

Yes! We will be providing beer, wine, and some spirits during the reception following the ceremony. Please drink responsibly.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes! Dinner is catered by Sawtooth Brewery, and beer, wine, and select spirits will be provided during the reception.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable! Dressy casual or semi-formal attire is great. Please keep in mind the campground has uneven terrain, so comfortable shoes are encouraged. The wedding party will be wearing fall colors, but guests are welcome to wear whatever they’d like.

Are children allowed?

Yes! Children are welcome to join us in celebrating. We'll have coloring books, crayons, and a few games available to help keep little ones entertained throughout the event.

How do I get to the camp?

Answer

The Central Idaho 4-H Camp entrance is located 17 miles north of Ketchum on Highway 75 at mile marker 146. From the highway, follow the camp road approximately 1.2 miles into camp. For GPS navigation, you may use the following coordinates: 43.779922, -114.539023.
