Clothes that can get dirty! or an aprin for fun!!

First part of the day! Everyone will be split into two groups! Choices: ♧1 large van of ladies will leave by gathering plumeria flowers from Friends properties, come back to join the rest of friends and family for a nice brunch! ♧ Everyone else will start to create edible food art for wedding Buffet! We have lots of ideas. Will be using gloves and staying sanitary the whole time. If you have your own food creation you would like to share or show how to create (tropical theam) please buy the proper items needed. Otherwise we have creations already to teach each person how to make! Will provide tools, knifes, gloves, plates, foil, fruit and veggies for already practiced ideas!

Wedding

11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Formal Wedding Attire-- Wedding colors are Iridescent & pink rainbow (see pictures for color palette)

♡ 11am-1 :30pm pupu's( hawaiian appetizers) mingle meet and greet! ♡ 1:30-2pm:Wedding Ceremony! ♡ 2-3:30pm Pictures & Drinks for Guest ♡ 3:30pm Reception Beggings! ♡ 3:30-5pm linner and toast to bride and groom: huge buffet meat cheese fruit and hawaiian foods! ♡ 5:30pm First Dance! ♡7pm sparkler send off!! ♡ 9pm-2am Beach after party optional-- be after sun down! Bon fire, music and fun!

1 or 2 Waterfall Hike!

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Swimsuit, towel, clothes that could get muddy, hiking shoes that will get destryed by red mud or go berefoot, sandles may get stuck in mud.

All outdoor events are weather permitting and subject to change! Please keep looking at date and time on web page because we will keep it current with the weather. Also text 307-761-2978 (Jamie) for questions. For this event we will need a headcount because we will be shuttling from the original Park we parked up for the wedding to the top of the hiking trail. please send a text message with a head count! Option 1: Ho'opi'i Falls! Hike total time 2 hours, Easy Level available for all ages, not everyone can swim at this one. If Noah okays it you can jump off these falls. There will be one shuttle available to take first group back to cars! Option 2: Leaping Falls! From Ho'opi'i falls add an extra 2 hours give or take total time 3 to 4 hours including Ho'opi'i Falls! This hike is not for all ages. However at these Falls you can go swimming in a large pool area or rope swinging off edge and lay in the waterfall!

Scoba Diving 1-3 times

8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Light food to snack on between dives if you do more than one decent. Eat nice meal before ariving or on the way at Kukuiula Market |2827 Poipu Rd, Koloa ... 808-742-1601 Bathing suit, or wetsuit if you have one. Otherwise you can rent all the gear near the dive site! I will later on give options for rental gear prices and location to pick up rental equipment. 24hour rental!

Kalalau Rim Trail Picnic!

9:30 am - 3:00 pm

Prepare for all weather due to elevation change as you drive higher on the mountain! Since weather can drastically with elevation bring an umbrella for rain or rain poncho and we will have a pot tent or two available just in case.

Picnic pot look lunch at the top Kalalau Rim Trail starts around 12 noon! Please be advised cell phone service will not be available at the top of this mountain. We are meeting at Waimea Town at the Big Save to buy snacks for the whole day trip (last chance for food). We can coordinate who wants to buy which items at Big save 9:30 to 10 a.m. sharp! Message if running behind amd want to contrubute to fun shenanigans! 808-652-2496 Noah We will split up into our own vehicles usually it only takes anywhere between 1 hour to an hour and a half to make it to the top so we are giving extra time for everyone to sight see Waimea Canyon there are beautiful viewpoints plenty of places to stop and take pictures galore! Kokee Lodge (3600 Kokee Rd, Hanapepe, HI 96716) where you can get souvenirs for the trip and learn more about Waimea Canyon! Option for people leaving after lunch can come back here for some drinks or fun Hawaiian food!
