Wedding Party

Michael Ballard

Best Man

A brotherly bond forged in the land of "Eldorado," in the fires of Mount Doom A.K.A our childhood home. I’m sure our parents would agree that we caused more than enough trouble; it probably made the '90s feel like an eternity for them. But for us, those were the best times. Being two years younger, I’ve always looked up to my brother. That admiration eventually turned into a natural sibling rivalry, from backyard "Big Kids vs. Little Kids" games to high school bowling, and later, his softball team versus mine. Even now, they have to split up the Ballard Bro's during our golf trip scrambles. I’m glad we’re finally teamed up for this event. Michael has been by my side the longest, and I’m honored to have him as my Best Man.

Victoria Tsiominas

Maid of Honor

Victoria is my sister, and my best friend. Being only 20 months apart in age, I was always begging her to let me tag along with her and her friends while growing up (even after the time she gave me a bowl cut with kitchen scissors when I was 4). Now, she can't get enough of me! Talking on the phone for hours, spending most weekends together, vacations every year, we tell each other everything. She's been there for me my entire life, and I couldn't imagine spending this day without her by my side.

Connor Barney

Groomsman

Connor and I grew up across the street from each other. Simultaneously, we grew up across the lake from each other when both of our parents bought properties at Elk Lake within a couple of years of each other. We went from playing Catan, jailbreak, and ding-dong ditch at home to riding ATVs, catfishing, and Super Smash Bros. Melee at the lake. It's hard to remember a weekend we weren't hanging out. We have argued and debated like brothers, but there is no question that Connor will be a best friend for life; he is a heartfelt friend who is always reaching out. Connor is also an incredible guitar player, and we all need a little more music in our lives.

Candice Varney

Bridesmaid

Candice has been one of my very best friends for over 20 years. From growing up on the soccer field together to high school weekends filled with sleepovers, Friends marathons, mall trips, and pool parties, we’ve always had the best time just being together. No matter how many hours separate us now, we still find plenty of excuses to reunite (including me casually inviting myself to her family holiday parties like I’ve been officially adopted). I’m so lucky to have a friendship that’s stood the test of time, and I'm so happy to have her a part of this special day!

Stephen Humbert

Groomsman

Growing up, Stephen lived the furthest away, exactly 1,637 feet from my driveway straight down English Oaks Station to his! Thankfully, it was all downhill from my house because I made that bike ride a lot. His house had it all: the woods out back were perfect for paintball games, we could drag the trampoline into the driveway for slam-ball, and in the winter, we would set up ski rails and mini-jumps to practice for out trips to Boyne, Snowshoe, and Crystal Mountain. Of course, we also had our weekly runs at Perfect North! Stephen is a lifelong best friend and a genuine guy. Hopefully, he hasn't transitioned into a Pittsburgh Steelers fan after moving there; I'm afraid of the answer if I were to ask. Who Dey!

Amber Parker

Bridesmaid

Amber's and my friendship goes back to our Kindergarten days, playing dress up in Mrs. Trout's class, and has only grown closer as the years went on. Our most unforgettable adventure was spending a month in Europe after college — from using very questionable British accents in London, to hiking four hours to a church festival tucked in the Italian mountains, to working on an organic farm with the most quintessential Irish family you could imagine. It’s a chapter of my life I’ll treasure forever. Amber lives in Denver, but whenever we’re together it feels like no time has passed at all — just two girls who still know exactly how to pick up where we left off. I’m so grateful to have her standing by my side on this day.

Andrew Naber

Groomsman

Andrew and I grew up literally next door to each other, and in high school, as fate would have it, our senior year parking spots shared a line. Looking back, those spots didn’t exactly help our attendance record; they resulted in us skipping first period for breakfast a few too many times. Andrew and I had identical hobbies growing up. We played the same sports, belonged to the same Scout troop, and played on the golf team together. We even had basically the same car, just with slight color variations. Over the years, we’ve shared countless camping, fishing, and hunting trips, as well as plenty of four-wheeling adventures. Andrew is truly the nicest and most helpful person I know. And if you give him a few Coors Lights, he’ll give you stories that will last a lifetime.

Bryn Zavras

Bridesmaid

Bryn first came into my life almost 13 years ago on a beautiful island in Greece when she married my cousin John, but it wasn’t until they moved to Cincinnati about eight years ago that we became truly inseparable. Since then, we’ve collected the best memories together — adventures out West for the past three years, countless family trips, and quality time in between. Whether we’re sipping mimosas at brunch or deep into a rom-com marathon, she can make you laugh one minute and thoughtfully solve the world’s problems the next. She’s someone I always want in my life, and I can’t imagine our big day without her by my side.
