We wanted an intimate wedding so our cozy venue means a tight guest list. Celebrating with only those named on the invitation.
We love your kids but the only kids allowed are the ones who have a role in the wedding party. Only babies under 1 years old please. We thought you'd like the time off anyway.
Sayulita is beachy and full of surfer/hipster vibes. Leave the suits and thick dresses at home. We encourage linen shorts/pants and short-sleeve button up for gents. Flowy sundresses or cami tops for the ladies. Most areas are sandy, rocky or grass so I would suggest leaving the heels at home ladies.
We will arrange airport pick-up transportation. Please stay tuned for times. Cabs will be available for trips to the airport going home (they're cheap).
Sayulita is a very small walkable town. There are also golf carts available to rent which we highly recommend. If you're not staying at Villa Amor, transportation will be available for pick up from your hotel the day of the wedding.
DON'T FORGET YOUR NON-EXPIRED PASSPORT! Sun block and bug spray! Beach towels! Swimwear for the day and breathable dress clothes to party at night. Leave stilletos and fancy jewelery at home.
Highly recommend bringing single dollar bills for tipping. Also recommend taking out Mexican Pesos from ATMs upon arrival. DO NOT BUY PESOS AT AIRPORT! The exchange rate is always much lower so you'll get ripped off. Most places accept card but the exchange rate varies and sometimes you end up paying additional fees (notify your banks). All in all...withdraw as much as you plan to spend in cash once you leave the airport.
Sayulita is very safe. It's a small town so the locals all know each other. Just say no to drugs (seriously).
Yes...just bring a sandwich and a fold up chair Did we miss something? We're just a call/text away! Love you all!
