When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline for RSVPing was on August 1st- the Guest List is now CLOSED unless you have reached out to us in regards to work approval or any other cases.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors of the venue will open at 5:30pm- The ceremony will start at 6pm, if you arrive after 6pm you will have to wait to be seated until the wedding party has entered.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately only children of the immediate family are welcome. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire so wear your best Gown, cocktail dress and suits! No sneakers, timberlands, no Ball Gowns or flip flops. * Also please avoid wearing Burgundy and Gold. Also the Venue does not allow bare feet on there floor so please bring an extra pair of shoes, or socks if needed.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately our Wedding is strictly RSVP ONLY due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Again Please DO NOT bring a plus one if your RSVP does not give you the option to have one or please ASK to see of we have space available.

What will be the Food Options?

Answer

We are having a Taco Buffet because we LOVE TACOS! Vegetarian and Pescatarian options will be available to anyone who has special dietary restrictions.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES! Please let us know your dietary restrictions and food allergies by August 1st, 2022! This very important to know ahead of time!

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue, but if you are staying at the Hotel a shuttle will be provided round trip to the wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Of course! The shuttle holds up to 20 guests per trip so time management is important. The venue doors Open at 5:30pm and ceremony is at 6pm so plan accordingly. Please lookout for the Shuttle sign up sheet closer to the wedding and also Shuttle times.

Are there any other events that I should know about the wedding?

Answer

We will be having a Meet and Greet at the hotel on that Sunday November 20th. No food or drinks will be provided.

Will you be streaming the Event?

Answer

Yes we are only streaming the wedding for anyone who has reached out to us that could not make it or are unable to travel. That information will be emailed or texted the day before the wedding.
