Kevin popped the question on a Doochin/Sandler family trip to Kenya. During our first game drive in the Maasai Mara National Park, our guides Haron and Charles pulled over to let us out at a scenic view. Jamie walked out ahead and her brother Brian started snapping pics (he's the family paparazzi). Kevin walked up to join Jamie and as Brian continued to take pictures, Kevin took out a ring box and got down on one knee. Jamie was shocked (as was everyone else!) but in retrospect should've known based on Kevin's shoe and sweatshirt choice and telling her not to wear the tour group's very loud red hoodie.
