We're getting married!

Jamie and Josh met back in 2007 in middle school. They became close friends and after going to their high school semi-formal together, began dating in October 2011. Shortly thereafter, Josh left Los Angeles to attend college at Yale University in Connecticut while Jamie attended Columbia University in New York. The two became frequent patrons of the Metro North Train spending weekends together in New Haven and New York. After college, Josh moved to New York to work in finance while Jamie finished law school and the two now both live and work in the city. Fast forward to April 16, 2022 when Josh took Jamie to lunch at one of their favorite spots in the West Village. During lunch their friends hurriedly set up flowers at the proposal spot and hid in the bushes while Jamie and Josh took a walk along the water. Josh finally stopped at the spot he had scoped out in advance, got on one knee and popped the question! Jamie (of course) said yes and the day continued with a surprise engagement celebration with all of their friends. The rest of the night was filled with lots of laughter, tons of food, and popped champagne bottles. After 12 years, we are excited to finally celebrate the big day with our friends and family!
