When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 19, 2024.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there are two large parking lots on either side of the venue to utilize. Handicap parking is also available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony so everyone can be seated prior to the start.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We recommend the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn that are down the road from the venue. Please see the travel portion of website for more information.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress comfortable and appropriately. No formal attire required.

Are phones ok during the ceremony?

Answer

Please note this ceremony will be unplugged. That means no phones please during the ceremony and silence them. We appreciate it very much.

Will there be any fun traditions highlighted during the reception?

Answer

There will be lots of dancing! We will also be doing a photo dash so be ready to capture a quick group photo with us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please notify us as soon as possible so we can notify our venue.
