Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that all guests respond no later than June 26th, 2026. Due to venue restrictions, we will be unable to accept responses past the provided date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. In order to ensure that our ceremony begins on time and that everyone has been seated appropriately by our attendants, we ask that guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:40pm and be seated no later than 4:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Summer garden party, formal, semi-formal or cocktail attire is recommended. We invite our guests to choose an outfit that makes them feel both elegant and at ease, ensuring they look and feel their best as we celebrate our special day.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

We would love to share this wonderful day with all of the amazing adults and children in our lives. However, we kindly ask that no children under the age of 13, with the exception of our siblings and those children in the wedding party, be present for our reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and the experience we are curating for our guests, invitations have been extended specifically to those listed on our RSVP page. If an additional space has been reserved for a guest, the RSVP page will either list “guest of…” or the specific individual’s name when you type your name into the space provided.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No. Our venue maintains a strict no-outside-alcohol policy. All beverages must be purchased directly through the venue. If you have a specific drink preference, we're happy to work with the venue to potentially include it in their selection. Just let us know a few weeks in advance so that we can work with them. Please be aware that anyone bringing or consuming unauthorized alcohol will be subject to fines and may be asked to leave the premises.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. The reception will be held at the Brookside Barn, directly next to the outdoor chapel ceremony site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While guests will need to arrange their own transportation to the ceremony, our venue provides a complimentary shuttle service from the reception back to hotels and homes, ensuring both a convenient and safe end to your celebration.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We want every guest to feel comfortable and cared for. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us as soon as possible. Please don’t just assume that we know. We'll work closely with our venue to ensure your specific needs are met and that you can enjoy the celebration safely and deliciously.
