The couples love story started right before the pandemic was announced in 2020. Jamie was introduced to Jon through her manager at the time. They met for a first date at a local Chinese restaurant where they hit it off over some mediocre food and a strong scorpion bowl. With most of the world shut down and social distancing in effect the couple turned to the outdoors to blossom their relationship, going on hikes with picturesque waterfalls views, camping in the white mountains and exploring endless trails ATVing and snowmobiling together. On September 24th, 2022 the couple was ATVing around Jericho state park. They stopped at a beautiful waterfall called Cascade Falls where Jon got down on one knee and asked Jamie to marry him… she cried and of course said YES!
