When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP online by June 18, 2020 so we can plan accordingly. As always, your health and safety are our top priority, and we completely understand if you’re no longer able to attend. Please just let us know as soon as possible.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking for the ceremony and reception located on the north side of Venue 650. Overflow parking is located across the the street at The City of Winter Haven Utilities Administration Building, 401 6th Street SW.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We want you to have the night off!

Do we plan to follow the CDC guidelines regarding Covid?

Answer

We are encouraging all guest to practice social distancing and take precautions – like wearing a cloth face covering as much as possible when not eating and maintaining a proper distance if you are dining with others who don’t live with you. Venue 650 has over 10,000 sq. ft. of indoor space as well as additional outdoor space that will allow enough room for social distancing. All staff is to wear cloth face coverings. Face mask and hand sanitizer will be available for all guests. The number of people handling and serving food to guests has been limited. -We will only use single-use options or assign one person to serve shareable items, like salad dressings, food containers, and condiments, so that multiple people are not handling the items. The seating capacity has been reduced to allow tables to be spaced at least 6 feet apart.
