The closest international airport to Tequila is Guadalajara International Airport. The Guadalajara airport is a ~1-1.5 hour drive to Tequila depending on traffic. We will post our flight details here once we book.
Travel Note
Transportation from Guadalajara International Airport to Tequila
-For our guests arriving Thursday or Friday and departing on Sunday or Monday - We will provide roundtrip transportation to and from Guadalajara International Airport. We are working with the hotel's shuttle service and they will send a shuttle or bus depending on the group size. The hotel will group guests based off of arrival and departure time - Please text Jamie or Johnathon with your flight information once you have it, so the hotel can coordinate pickup and drop off times. We will notify those who choose this method of transportation a few weeks before the wedding. We will have more information on times, where to find the bus/shuttle, who you are riding with, etc. As mentioned above, we will need guests' flight times to coordinate this. -If you decide to come in early or extend your stay past the days above, an Uber will be ~$50 USD. This is our typical form of transportation. We highly recommend scheduling an Uber in advance. -Another fun option to get to Tequila from Guadalajara is the Tequila Express Train. This will require some research on your end as we have never been on it, but we have heard great things.

The hotel the reception will be held at is reserved for our wedding party and families. This is option #1, it is located in the heart of the town of Tequila and is a ~13 minute walk to Casa Salles, where the reception will be held. Please call +52 374 742 6700 if you have any issues booking on their website. Reach out to me or Johnathon if you need any help. We will provide transportation to and from the night of our wedding. This hotel was recommended to us and has more amenities than option #2.

This is option #2 where we were able to get a small discount. Please call +52 374 688 0319 and mention our names when booking to receive a discount. This one is a ~17 minute walk to Casa Salles, where the wedding events will be held. We will provide transportation to and from the night of the wedding.
