If your invitation has their name on it or "and Guest" then yes. If not, unfortunately due to budget and capacity, you're going to have to fly solo. But don't fret, we have great friends and family and you'll have a blast with them!
We love your kids, really we do, but please find a sitter for the night so you can fully enjoy yourself! We are asking that no children under the age of 12 attend.
We are requesting that everyone dress formally. Guys, no shorts, jeans or khakis. Ladies, cocktail dresses or floor length dresses (or a nice pant suit is fine if dresses aren't your thing), you get the idea. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and there's lots of land to explore around the reception space so we're recommending chunky heels, wedges or flats BUT, we will also be providing some heel guards if you have a pair of must wear stilettos! *Side Note* The bridesmaids will be in dusty rose, and rose gold sequins so probably avoid that too ;)
If you book within one of the room blocks we've arranged, there will be a shuttle service provided to and from the venue. If you don't plan to stay at the hotels, there is parking at the venue. Just make sure you have a DD or take an Uber!!
There is a parking lot down the road from the ceremony/reception space. You can park and either walk over (about a 2-3 minute walk), or take the golf cart over to the ceremony/reception space. Make sure if you're driving you have a DD, otherwise take an Uber!
Ideally, outdoors (weather permitting). It will take place on a grassy area. Heel guards will be provided but chunky heels, wedges or flats would be your best options. The cocktail hour will be both indoor and outdoor, reception will be indoors with a fire pit out back so you're welcome to come in and out as you please.
We ask that you do not. We've hired some amazing photographers and videographers to take care of that so we would prefer that you keep your phone/camera away until after the "I do's". We want everyone to be fully present during this time. Once the party starts, feel free to take as many pictures as you want! You can download The Guest app to share photos seamlessly! Event code: JAMIEJAYMES Or use our hashtag: #TheLombardiParty
Yes, as well as multiple photographers and videographers... so, use your best judgement. Remember, pictures and video are forever.
YES! We don't need anyone going to the hospital. Please let us know in advance so we can inform the venue. There is a note section for dietary restrictions on the RSVP page.
Yup! We've reserved room blocks at the Holiday Inn (see the Travel page). Just mention the Casale Lombardi wedding and you'll get special rates and guarantee yourself a welcome bag (score!) The Residence Inn Mt. Olive also shares the parking lot and is a fine option as well. We do not have a special rate there however the rooms are a bit larger and more of an extended stay style.
The sooner the better! October is peak wedding season and we don't want anyone to get stuck without a room. If you can't get a spot at one of the hotels we suggest, we cannot guarantee transportation for you.
We have a small registry set up with Target, Bed Bath & Beyond and Zola (all can be found under the Registry tab) however we've lived together for several years and don't need a ton of stuff. If you'd like to do something special for us, we'd really love a contribution towards our honeymoon fund! We have a fund set up here under the Registry tab or a check is totally fine (avoid those added fees!). We'll be sure to share the amazing experiences we'll have because of your contribution!
